VENDOR RATES AND RULES:

Booth Sizes and Rental Fees:

Outdoor Booths without electricity:           20 x 20 = $40        20 x 40 = $65

Indoor Booths without electricity:   20 available size 10 x 10 = $65 OR  8 available size   10 x 8 = $65

 ***There will be an additional $10 fee for indoor booths using electricity ***

***We ask all vendors who will need electricity to let us know at time of application***

We are asking each vendor to consider the amount of space they truly need to be able to present the bests display for what you are selling.  If you do not need the larger booth size we encourage you to choose the 20 x 20 space, as we want the booths outdoors to flow and not have large empty spaces between them.  We want to accommodate each and every one of you the best that we can.

Vendors must bring your own set-up items such as tables, chairs, and tents and properly anchor such items. Since the event is held rain or shine, be prepared for inclement weather. There are no rain dates and no refunds will be made.

Vendor contracts not received 14 Days prior to show date will be charged an additional $20 per booth.  Mapping out the show is a time- consuming task and we want to make sure that the setup flows for our shoppers.  We cannot express enough how important it is to get your applications in as soon as you can so that we can prepare the vendor location maps.

Vendors will be responsible for cleaning up their space at the end of each show. There will be plenty of garbage cans around the grounds for proper trash disposal. Each vendor will need to remove all of their belongings after each show.

VENDORS MUST TAKE ALL UNWANTED MERCHANDISE, TABLES, FIXTURES, PALLETS, ETC WITH THEM WHEN THEY LEAVE AND DISPOSE OF THEM ELSEWHERE.

CAMPING ACCOMODATIONS:

Campsites are “first come, first serve”.  Each vendor will be responsible for securing their own campsite.  Registration is “on site” and fees will be due to Warren Co. Fairgrounds when you arrive.

VEHICLES & TRAILERS:

Unless, you are selling directly out of a camper/trailer, ALL vehicles will need to be parked in a designated area, as our new location and plan for the show does not allow for vehicles to be parked within the booth spaces.

*** Vendors must get approval for any exceptions to this Rule, 14 days in advance of each show.  We ask that you do not ask for exceptions to this, unless it is absolutely necessary.  Rustique reserves the right to prohibit any and all vehicles from being parked within the Marketplace during Show Times.

FOOD VENDORS:

Food truck vendors will be on site selling food & drinks.

Food items that are acceptable to sell in your booth are farmer’s market items (produce, honey, jelly, salsa, seasonings).

Please contact us before sending back your application if you are wanting to sell food, as we only have a few spots for food vendors.  

All contracted food vendors on the grounds are required to prepare and serve all food in compliance with the laws of the State of Iowa. Each food vendor shall provide proof of Product Liability Insurance and shall specifically name Rustique Flea & Vintage Marketplace as well as Warren County Fair Association as an additional named insured. All food vendors must provide proof of licensing before setting up to sell food. All food vendors need to provide a copy of their insurance and food license 2 weeks prior to each show.

MERCHANDISE:

The following items are not permitted to be sold: baby food, infant formula, fireworks, alcoholic beverages, guns, animals of any kind, illegal items, bootleg or counterfeit items, crushed or ground incense, petition signings, and any item deemed objectionable (at the sole discretion of Rustique Flea & Vintage Marketplace). Games of chance are not allowed. Adult and X-rated materials are not allowed.

INSURANCE:

Rustique does not insure vendor’s merchandise. The Market, Market ownership, Market management, and Market employees are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, loss by fire, windstorm, flood, power outage, or any other condition or event beyond their control. We suggest that you obtain insurance for these risks, as well as liability insurance that will cover customers injured while they are in your booth. Rustique is not responsible for accidents that occur inside vendor booths. Rustique is not responsible for any loss or merchandise or personal items by theft or any other means while displaying at the show. Rustique is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by vehicles of any kind, children or animals brought into shows.

Release- Neither Rustique nor any of their officers, agents, employees or other representatives, shall be held accountable or liable for, and the same are hereby released from accountability for liability, for any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any fire, water, accident or any other cause, and none of the parties hereto mentioned will obtain insurance against any such damage, loss, harm or injury. The applicant hereby agrees to indemnify,defend and protect Rustique and hold the above party from any and all claims, demands, suits, liability, damages, loss, cost, attorney fees and expenses of whatever kind of nature which might result from or arise out of any action or failure to act of the applicant or any of his or her employees, including but not limited to claims or damage or loss of property, or from or out of any damage, loss, harm or injury to the person or any person or any property of the applicant.

Liability: Rustique will not be responsible for damage, loss or theft of property belonging to or injury to any exhibitor, his agent, employees, business invitees, visitors, or guest.
